This all inclusive wellness weekend retreat of yoga & meditation is all about you. It has been designed to help you relax, recharge & renew both body & mind.

Our 2 night all inclusive retreat will be hosted at The Apothecary Garden, near Glastonbury, with stunning views of the Somerset countryside. You have your choice of accommodation from the collection of bespoke-built cabins, luxury tents and renovated barns, all set within organically cultivated gardens and wild-crafted areas.

During the stay you will experience plentiful yoga & meditation, plus a Hydrolat workshop to create your own aromatherapy spray and enough free time for yourself to slow down, unwind, and recharge your body & mind.

There is a choice of accommodation to suit varied budgets, all beautifully prepared rooms, for yourself alone, or to share with a friend.

Your delicious vegan/vegetarian meals will be prepared daily by our amazing chef using freshest organic ingredients.

 

classes and workshops

You should expect a full schedule of Meditation, Yoga & Wellness workshops with a focus on reducing stress & tension & channeling energy in a positive way:

  • daily sunrise meditation practice

  • daily morning flow yoga

  • a hydrolat workshop - learn how to extract the scented water from plants grown onsite to create your own aromatherapy spray

  • daily afternoon wellness workshops and restorative practices to help prepare you for a restful sleep

accommodation options

Choose your accommodation from the options below:

  • Luxury dome tents (Bramley or Walnut) nestled in the heart of the garden with access the shared showers, kitchenette, toilets & garden room. Each tent has its own private garden space and twin beds for shared occupancy.

    £420 per person in shared occupancy.

  • Bespoke cabins (Sunrise & Starlight) built with reclaimed wood. Each cabin has small double bed and a sofa bed, perfect 2 friends sharing, plus your own shower room, living area, kitchenette, and outside space.

    £545 for the double bed & £470 for the sofa bed as shared occupancy.

  • Big Barn a 17th century beautifully converted barn that sleeps 3 people. The upper room with one double & one small double bed, plus an en-suite bathroom. The lower room, our single occupancy offer, with a double bed and en-suite shower room.

    £545 for the double bed & £470 for the small double as shared occupancy.

    £645 for the lower single occupancy en-suite.

What is included in the price?

The prices above include the following for 2 nights:

  • accommodation as requested on booking

  • all freshly prepared vegan meals, hot drinks & delicious snacks

  • use of the hot tub, gardens & fire pit

    What is not included?

  • transport to & from the venue

  • optional 30 minute massage

  • alcohol & soft drinks are available at the honesty bar

How do you reserve your space?

  • Please take time to book your preferred accommodation option through the booking link.

  • You will be asked to pay a £250 deposit to secure your booking.

  • Final payment is due 12 weeks before departure.

  • If your booking is closer than 12 weeks in advance then you will be asked for full payment.

  • If this retreat gets cancelled or postponed you will be offered a full refund on both deposit & final payment

About your teachers:

Naomi Johns

Naomi is an Advanced Clinical & Sports Massage Therapist with a special interest in treating chronic pain using Myofascial Release. She originally trained at St Mary’s University, one of London’s top performing sports facilities. Naomi then enriched her learning further at the world famous Jing Institute for Advanced Massage Training where she spent over a year studying the use of massage & bodywork to treat chronic pain & sports injuries. Amongst her many other qualifications she also holds an advanced certificate for myofascial release.

Sam Edwards

As a student of acclaimed yoga teacher Jason Crandell (RYT 500 hours), Sam teaches yoga with the same approach as she follows in her personal practice; that is a Vinyasa Flow Yoga that incorporates a mindfulness & precision based approach. Sam’s yoga is an optimum combination of power and yin to help balance body, mind and soul from the everyday stresses of life & training.
