This luxury all inclusive long weekend retreat of yoga, massage & meditation is all about you. It has been designed to help you relax, recharge & renew both body & mind.

Your 4 night all inclusive break in luxury accommodation & stunning settings.

Our retreat will be hosted in the beautiful settings of The Palms, Southern Spain, with stunning views of the Andalusian Mountains. Set within lush gardens it is only 15 mins drive from Malaga airport with frequent and cheap flights from all UK major cities.

During the stay you will experience plentiful yoga, massage & meditation, with enough free time for yourself to relax or to enjoy the local area.

You will stay in beautifully refurbished rooms, each with en-suite facilities & a private or shared terrace.  Both double & single occupancy is available. For more information about the rooms please click here. 

All your delicious vegan/vegetarian meals will be prepared daily by the amazing on-site chefs using freshest organic ingredients.

 

Yoga and massage

You should expect plentiful Yoga & Massage with a focus on reducing stress & tension & channeling energy in a positive way:

  • daily morning flow yoga and meditation practice

  • a 30 minute bespoke clinical or sports massage treatment (with option to extend if required)

  • pre-lunch yoga posture clinic to help you deepen your understanding of the practice

  • daily afternoon yoga & massage workshops and restorative practices to help prepare you for a restful sleep

Accommodation, Food & Facilities

Beautiful accommodation, delicious meals & fabulous facilities:

  • beautiful individually designed rooms with twin beds for shared occupancy or doubles for single/couple occupancy

  • divine balanced vegan/vegetarian meals, all home cooked & lovingly prepared with local ingredients at The Palms

Excursions

Along side the variety of yoga, massage, rest & relaxation we offer an optional excursion*, including an impressive hike over the mountain to the sea, a trip the local white washed village of Mijas & an exhilarating zip experience on Spain’s longest zip wire.

What are the prices?

The prices are as follows for 4 nights all inclusive:

  • £799 for shared occupancy

  • £1209 for sole occupancy

    What is not included?

  • flights & personal travel insurance

  • transfers to & from the airport are charged at 25 euros

  • alcohol & soft drinks are available at the honesty bar

How do you reserve your space?

  • You will be asked to secure your space with a £300 non-refundable deposit now

  • Final payment is due 10 weeks before departure

  • If your booking is closer than 10 weeks in advance then you will be asked for full payment

  • If this retreat gets cancelled or postponed for Covid19 reasons you will be offered a full refund on both deposit & final payment

About your teachers:

Naomi Johns

Naomi is an Advanced Clinical & Sports Massage Therapist with a special interest in treating chronic pain using Myofascial Release. She originally trained at St Mary’s University, one of London’s top performing sports facilities. Naomi then enriched her learning further at the world famous Jing Institute for Advanced Massage Training where she spent over a year studying the use of massage & bodywork to treat chronic pain & sports injuries. Amongst her many other qualifications she also holds an advanced certificate for myofascial release.

Sam Edwards

As a student of acclaimed yoga teacher Jason Crandell (RYT 500 hours), Sam teaches yoga with the same approach as she follows in her personal practice; that is a Vinyasa Flow Yoga that incorporates a mindfulness & precision based approach. Sam’s yoga is an optimum combination of power and yin to help balance body, mind and soul from the everyday stresses of life & training.
