Using the disciplines of yoga, breath work, meditation & massage to create a state of physical, emotional & mental balance; enabling you to embrace the transition from Winter to Spring.

To help you feel better in your body and create space in your mind.

Throughout the day we will share techniques, practices & tools to help you re-energise body and mind following the darker winter months.

Beginning the day with an uplifting yoga practice to improve circulation and stimulate wellness, helps us to release and let go of the lethargy of winter. We will follow this with a blend of energising movement, restorative yoga, breathing practices, self massage and an introduction to mindfulness and meditation.

Early bird Investment: £130 including delicious vegan lunch, snacks and hot drinks throughout the day.

Combining the expertise of our individual disciplines of precision based yoga and outcome based clinical massage therapy we guide you through a series of practises to help build resilience, clarity, focus and energy.

With the objective of creating a state of physical balance and a calm state of mind we hope you will come away with a renewed vigour that you will allow you to transition with ease from the winter to the summer months.

We will offer you time to self reflect, observe your internal habits which don’t serve you and help you to set an intention and practice to change negative into positive habits.
