Prepare for your track session, build your run specific strength & better understand how our body moves & responds when you run.

HIT the TRACK: interval based run session

Run with a fabulous bunch of likeminded individuals, with expert coaching on the MO FARAH track at St Mary’s University - every Tuesday at 8.30pm.

This session is suitable for ALL levels & experiences of runners. We take time to warm up fully, get the blood flowing & the muscles firing and run a session mainly using time rather than distance.
