In-studio & live-stream yoga classes

FLOW yoga: Technical vinyasa based flow classes suitable for all levels. Students will experience a class with an even balanced sequence developing strength, mobility & flexibility.

YIN yoga & meditation: A chance for us to calm & rest our body & mind. Bringing together western science & eastern tradition, in this class we discover the benefits of long holds release built up unwanted tension both in our physical & emotional bodies. Students will leave class feeling a balanced sense of energy & calm.

Yoga for RUNNERS & CYCLISTS: A flow class specifically designed to help runners & cyclists improve strength & flexibility in their body, improve their ability to breathe deeply & efficiently and to encourage & speed up the body’s natural recovery & renewal process.

Live-stream classes are hosted via Zoom, & in-studio classes from both Up & Running in Teddington.

Bespoke private classes & group classes. Tailored to individual or group needs in Sam’s home studio based in Teddington.

Specialising in teaching yoga for sports. Injury prevention, recovery & rehabilitation; developing movement patterns to improve sports performance, endurance & longevity; reducing imbalances bought about by repetitive movement patterns of sport: developing better technique, alignment and self understanding & improving & using breath to improve cardio capacity & aid recovery.
